1. Package Subscriptions
If you order a pre-packaged IT service and submit a cancellation request prior to project initiation (within 48 hours of order confirmation), you are entitled to a full refund minus payment processing gateway fees.
2. Milestone-Based Development
For custom software and enterprise contracts, payments are milestone-driven. Once a milestone is reviewed, approved, and released by the client, funds allocated to that milestone are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, bKash, Nagad, or Credit/Debit Card via SSLCommerz) within 7–10 business days.
