1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Important Technology for web development, software engineering, mobile app development, or digital marketing services, you agree to these commercial terms.
2. Project Scope & Deliverables
All project milestones, feature scopes, and delivery timelines are mutually agreed upon in writing. Revisions beyond the contracted package scope may be quoted separately.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon final settlement of contract dues, full ownership of custom application source code, designs, and database structures is transferred to the client.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
